Sunbird Lodge-Lake Elementaita is an eco-friendly luxury lodge is located in the Great Rift Valley. It is next to Lake Elementaita. The lodge is built private land there are no park or conservation fees paid beside the accommodation rates.
Getting to Sunbird Lodge - Elementaita
The is less than 127 km (1 ½ hours) from Nairobi and a few minutes off the newly re-carpeted Nairobi – Nakuru highway on a very good, private access road at the shore of Lake Elementaita, bordering and overlooking Soysambu Conservancy. It is only 20 minutes from the lodge to the famous Nakuru National Park and only a few minutes to Soysambu Conservancy.

Sunbird Lodge has 10 luxurious cottages. All the cottages are en –suite with a large verandah offering an excellent view. Being a small establishement, all guests receive personal attention during their stay at the lodge.
Children Policy at Sunbird Lodge Lake Elementaita
Children are welcome however due to the “Sunbird” nature of the lodge it is advisable to bring younger children only if they can be well supervised.
