Depart: 0900 Hrs:
Visit the Nairobi National Museum and the Snake Park, which houses an array of some of the country’s more common snakes, including cobras, vipers, adders, pythons and the 3 mamba species. If you are lucky, you may be present while they are being fed.
The park also has a small aquarium, with both marine and freshwater animals on exhibit.
Lunch is then taken at either:
1a. The at Mamba Village (international cuisine).
1b. The Tamarind Restaurant *(seafood) - at an extra supplement.
In the afternoon, we proceed to the Karen Blixen Museum, the Giraffe Centre and the Utamaduni Craft Shop. In addition, you also experience a short City Tour of Nairobi with the possibility of shopping in the Zanzibar Curio Shop, Viking House and African Heritage, for example. The return to the hotel is after 17.00 hrs.
