Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
On arrival in Nairobi at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to the Palacina Residence. The Palacina has the appearance of an elegant country manor and is located within the serene suburbs of Milimani. You can spend your first afternoon relaxing by the hotel swimming pool.
Day 2: Nairobi
After breakfast, you will be picked up by our representative to explore the city of Nairobi. You will visit the former home of Karen Blixen, the Giraffe Centre, the National Museum, and the animal orphanage. Return to the Palacina Hotel for a free afternoon and overnight stay.
Day 3: Fly from Nairobi to Amboseli
After breakfast, you will be picked up and transferred to Wilson Airport for an early flight to Amboseli. You will be collected from the airstrip and taken to Tortilis Camp, where you will be greeted by the breathtaking beauty of Africa’s highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight stay at Amboseli Tortilis Camp or a similar luxury camp.
Day 4: Amboseli
Enjoy full-day game activities in Amboseli National Park. All meals are included. Although not a large national park, Amboseli offers a great opportunity to see endangered black rhinos, as well as a spectacular range of wildlife. Tortilis Camp conducts fascinating nature walks guided by the local Maasai people, who are happy to share their traditions and medicinal knowledge. Dinner and overnight stay at Amboseli Tortilis Camp or a similar luxury lodge.
Day 5: Fly Amboseli to Nairobi – Connect Flight to Mount Kenya
After breakfast at the camp, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, Nairobi, you will connect to another flight to Mount Kenya Safari Club on the slopes of Mount Kenya. You will arrive in time for lunch. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club.
Day 6: Mount Kenya Safari Club
Today, you will visit the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, where you will see the Chimpanzee Orphanage run by the Jane Goodall Institute. Lunch will be at Sweetwaters. Enjoy a game drive in the sanctuary before returning to Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7: Fly Mount Kenya to Maasai Mara
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for a flight over the Great Rift Valley to the majestic savanna of the Maasai Mara. On arrival, you will be picked up from the airstrip and transferred to Fairmont Mara Safari Club for lunch. At 16:30 hours, proceed for a game drive across the vast plains of the Mara. Return to the luxury tented camp for dinner and overnight stay at Fairmont Mara Safari Club.
Day 8: Maasai Mara
Enjoy full-day game activities in the Maasai Mara. All meals will be served at Fairmont Mara Safari Club.
Day 9: Fly Maasai Mara to Nairobi – Departure
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi. On arrival at Wilson Airport, you will be transferred to the Carnivore Restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight home.
